Zoning Districts & Uses (Part 1 Updated)

The Addison Unified Development Code (UDC) Part 1: Zoning Districts and Uses is now available for your review. The draft includes updates to Part 1 which introduced updates to the lineup of zoning districts, including dimensional standards (building setbacks, height standards, lot coverage, etc.), and land uses allowed by right or by review in each district.
